Features:
- Smooth page loading: content blocks will be gray until the page is completely loaded, after which the content itself will smoothly appear on them
- Changed progress bar for ajax requests. It is a round rotating Icon in the middle of the page, which smoothly climbs out from the top if the response from the request is expected for more than 250 milliseconds.
