Try to start modules one by one in the "drop down menu" instead of starting with "start all modules by sequance" and maybe your problem will be fixed.

Start all modules from GlobalManager to GameServer if GameServer window open and you don't see "cert" warning then. Start smc > load plugins > server control and right click restart if all window inside server control turns green you are good to go.

The thing is that I start the modules one by one but when I reach to the agent server onwards, it gives this error:

First restart your pc then try again with starting from opening cert. Also make sure that you correctly input your ip adress to cfg files. You can watch this tutorial

and maybe your sw files are broken because it happened to me before for another vsro client, then i tried with different swfiles and it worked.
